Mamas with two or more children, I need input!

Mamas with two or more children - did any of you have a completely different pregnancy than with your first child? Or did most of you have pretty much the same experience each pregnancy?

I have a 19 month old little girl & suspect I might be pregnant again. First time, my breasts were incredibly tender within a few days of conception, and I was queasy as well. This time, I have not experienced either. Just fatigue & cravings, no sore, tender breasts. Anyone else have completely different early pregnancy symptoms?
