39 weeks pregnant ,Could i be in labor ?

contractions 10 mins apart at 3am today and after few hours tgey kind of stop for some time and there were few in the afternoon and started 20 mins apart in the evening but no bleeding . Am 39 weeks pregnant could i be in labor?

I've been having these types of contractions and cramps for 3 days now. They never ramp up or amount to anything. It's so aggravating!

I did that Friday all day Friday . Woke up in the middle of the night in labor and delivered a few hours later . So yes

Unfortunately it's not considered active labor till they are 5 minutes apart for an hour or more. Anything less and they'll just send you home.

They are typically not going to consider active until 5 minutes apart. Even then you have to be dilating.
