prenatal gummies or no?

Are the prenatal gummies safe? I don't do well with pills at all.

I do not take pills at all... I take prenatal gummies & my doctor & midwife said they are fine, they are no different from the pills/capsules.

Yes there safe but they do not have alot of DHA in them your suppose to get 200 a day they only have 50
