WHEN DID TIME START PASSING

I swear I was 10 weeks yesterday, nervous to tell my parents that I'm pregnant and watching every day take an eternity to be over with. Suddenly it's November and January is just around the corner 😱 I keep seeing things like "oh I won't worry about that until I'm further along..." and then I realize I'm in the 3rd trimester. Anyone else feeling like their pregnancy snuck by without a word?
