any suggestions ?🤔

Anybody have terrible hip pain when they sleep to the point where their constantly turning from their left side to their right side all night ... my side hips/thighs hurt so bad that I'm constantly tossing and turning I remember having this with my first but not this bad ... any suggestions ... PLS and greatly appreciated (Only 14 weeks ) is this normal so early on

I had to start going to a chiropractor bc of it he's certified to do pregnant ladies and adjusted his wife during all their pregnancies he's really nice and I always feel better for at least a month when I leave

I'm right there with you, I'm in such pain at night that I wake up constantly from tossing and turning and lack of sleep is making it hard to function during the day. I've tried everything it seems like and nothing is helping either! You're not alone !

I'm 15 weeks and have the same problem!!:( sometimes I can get my husband to massage what hurts and it kind helps

Yes, I thought it was a bit too early for that (12 weeks 3 days) but I wake up sore.

Yes it's totally normal but oh my god, excuse my language, is it a bitch.
I'm almost 29 weeks now, it started around 13 I think maybe even a little earlier.
It has come and gone but it recently got significantly worse.
Having a thick pillow between my legs while sleeping helps(I put it up as high as it'll go, vertically down to my knees). It relieves some of the pressure on my hips. And sometimes having support behind my back while sleeping whether it's SO or a body pillow helps, but overall I haven't found a for sure fix!

Yep! I had hip problems before pregnancy and it's only getting worse, I have to do physiotherapy ! I also wear a belly band to help during the day! At night I sleep with a pregnant pillow that goes infront and behind me. But a pillow between the knees might also help

I have some hip pain but I had it off and on before I was pregnant.. unfortunately my chiropractor recommended strengthening core, but that's kind of hard to do while pregnant 😕 it did help though when I was able to work on my core

any suggestions ?🤔
