Super shaky, horrible headaches, weak? What's going on😢

I'm 16 weeks pregnant and I've noticed the past couple of weeks i randomly get shaky and my head feels like it's going to explode. I don't have diabetes however, I feel like this happens when I have no sugar intake. My hands are currently shaking as I hold my phone to type this. Anybody know what this could be? Low iron? Help😖

I get this when my blood pressure is low I start to get hot flashes & see dark spots I have to lay down & elevate my feet or I'll faint my OB told me mot Salt intake & Gatorade & it's helped a bit

I have anemia and I get all if that when my blood sugar drops. Ask your doc to check your blood at the next appointment. When I feel tgat way I eat something with carbs or sugary right away, like when you give blood and they give you juice and cookies.
