Please help me *dating situation*

Okay so here is the deal. I am 18 years old. I live in the state or Georgia. The legal age of consent is 16. I have a guy I work with and kind of like...who is 16. He is everything...every other guy I wanted a relationship out of is not. He is super sweet, and cares, we have very similar interests, he treats me well, and my little sister, who is very close to me. I told him the only thing holding me back is his age. Should I try it or no? I mean you can look up age laws in the state of georgia it's legal because he is 16 I just don't know what to do...I told him I would think about it....Please help. Give me some advice, has anyone else been in a situation like this?
