Knee problems

Do any other mommas have knee problems? I have this thing ( i forgot what it is called ) where my bones and muscles push eachother the wrong way and my knees end up filling with fluid. . . they also think i have arthrist ( Im only 19 😩) . My knees gets SOOOO bad when the cold starts to come in and now that im 30 weeks along, my knees are KILLING me.. Tylonel doesn't even remotely touch the pain. . does anyone have any suggestions or advice on how they relieve their knee pain?
