Going through this ??

We've been together for more than 3 years

I'm 28 he's 33 , we live together , share expenses and although we're not rich we get by pretty good. We have a nice life. He knows I want to get married ....

No proposal or nothing though, I understand and appreciate all that he does for our relationship (mind you I've done major sacrifices for our relationship) but I feel like he is stringing me along until he's ready ,which I don't know when that will be, and I don't like that.

I see our friends getting married , engaged , having kids and I'm jealous .... I don't want to feel that way and I try to work on it but I can't help it sometimes. I also want a baby so part of how I'm feeling is not the engagement but it's the fact that I know that I won't be able to even start trying for a baby for at least 2 more years ... anyone else on the same boat with me ??

Have you talked about it with your boyfriend ? What are his excuses for waiting ??

I need help because this resentment will hurt our relationship sooner or later ...
