Dreams of miscarrying?

When I was around 5 weeks, I dreamed of peeing blood every night for 4 days straight. It stopped for a bit, and now at 8 weeks, I'm dreaming of the baby coming out while I am peeing. I wake up freaked out every morning. I don't know that I believe in "mediums" or anything, but when I was pregnant with my first, 2 weeks before I'd even taken a test or missed my period and suspected I was pregnant, I had a dream that I was pregnant. Just one, but it obviously turned out to be true, and I've had other strange dreams at random times that turned out to be significant later on. Has anybody else experienced anything like this?
