Has anyone experienced this?

For the past 4 days I have had a headache. The night before last I felt like i was having an anxiety attack, but i wasn't, while i was sitting at home. It felt like my heart was beating in my throat, i was dizzy, I was getting short of breath. Took my blood pressure, it was 144/90. Which isn't too horribly high for me, I have a history of high blood pressure. However it's been pretty down throughout my pregnancy. Then last night I was working and I was sweeping the floor and all of that hit me again. Took my pulse, it was 150, which I guess isn't too bad since i was walking around? But I felt really dizzy again, got the headaches, hard beating heart, etc. Went home took my BP and it was in the 140s again. Woke up this morning and sat up for a few minutes, didn't move around any, and it was still in the 140s. Also woke up with a headache. I'm 25 weeks this week. I plan on calling my Dr, but I just wanted to see if anyone has went through this before? Could it just be my bp? Like I said I've dealt with high BP most of my life but it has never caused me problems like this from being in the 140 range.
