2.5weeks Late and negative

So it's apparently day 50 of my cycle and my cycle usually lasts like 32days. I have had regular Periods with sometimes being like a day or two early or late. I'm very sexually actively and have been having symptoms like headaches, flu, backaches and a tender breasts. I took the test twice within a week interval and both were super negative. Any ideas what's up ladies?
