Help!!! Ladies

My period lasted for 3 days but it usually last between 5 to 6 days. I took 3 pregnancy tests and all came back neg. I been feeling kind of off lately. A little nausea and fatigue but no positive pregnancy test. It was really weird that my period only stayed on for three. Can somebody help. Never been through this before and I have 4kids.
