Cramps very bad cramps! How about you?

Guess I'm not preggers. 1st day of af and I had to leave work as soon as I arrived cause I couldn't bare the pain. I'm currently home throwing up trying to piece my life together. It always feels like the end is near for me on this day. What can I do to make this less painful for me . OTC pills dnt work on the 1 st day. Please help me ! Oh yea and I have cyst on the left side .
