Round Ligament Pain

Hey y'all! So yesterday I encountered some of the worst abdominal/pelvic pain I've had in my whole life (which is bad since I had endometriosis too... But I got that taken out.) I was having pain that was rendering me unable to walk, stand, talk, and hardly breathe. I went to the ER and apparently this is totally normal to have immobilizing pain for several (four for me) hours on end?? Am I the only one experiencing this?? Currently 18+4.
