I've never been late

I have been with my husband for 10 years and the most i have ever been late is 2 days. Well i am now 13 days late. I took 4 urine test every two days and went to get a blood test too. All came back negative. I'm so frustrated, my liver and kidneys came back good. I don't have a UTI....i have an appointment with the gynecologist on Wednesday so they can re test and do a pap....i have cried for 4 days now. I was cramping like if i was getting my period and nothing....now I'm not cramping but I'm still late. Ugh... wish i knew what the heck was going on!
