Itchy Bumps Around Vagina

Hi! Okay, so I had sex for the first time last week and I noticed two days after that the area around my vagina is itchy. Further inspection led me to discover two itchy bumps on either side of my vagina and a black dot beside the left bump. It's just itchy, my discharge is normal, there's no fluids, it's not painful, but it is a bit tender. Obviously I will be going to the gynecologist, but I'm just wondering if anyone else has ever experienced this? Thank you in advance for replying! I'm very nervous and scared and I hope to God it's not an STD or anything serious!
