Help!!!

I'm 37 weeks 4 days Just went to bathroom.. No pain or contractions. Wiped and see a little brown mucus in toilet and when I wipe. After wiping about 3 times it stopped. Should I go to hospital? I went to hospital around 3am for bad cramping they sent me home. Said braxton hicks contractions, no cervix dilation, but my cervix is thinning. What to do? Wait it out???
