Trying to go to sleep is giving me anxiety
I feel like I'm starting to lose my mind trying to get comfortable to fall asleep. Laying down to try to fall asleep is giving me more anxiety than me just trying to stay up and not sleep. Am I the only one? What are you ladies doing to get some sleep? I'm just so uncomfortable when I try to lay down and I have always been a back sleeper so sleeping on my side I am just tossing and turning. I feel like crying... 😫😭
