Leaking!!!! 37 wks

I was at work and around 7:50am I felt a little cramping so I went to the bathroom and used the bathroom like normal and then I felt what was like lmpee come out again so I wiped and I felt it again and I wiped again and looked down and has a clear like foggy liquid dripping into the toilet so I called the midwife and she told me to go ahead and come in. I finally get there and she checks me and said she couldn't really determine if it was my water fluid but that she did find a bacteria infection and thinks that's what's causing my cramps and pressure. I am kinda scared it's been 3 hours sence I left the dr office and babies movements feel different like more strong and still leaking? Anyone else experience this before?
