Torn about my puppy

Back in May we rescued a sweet little terrier/poodle mix from the SPCA. Then a few days later I found out I was pregnant!! Typical with a new puppy, it took some growing pains but she became potty trained. About a month ago we got a new couch and rearranged some minor things. Apparently this caused her great stress and she reverted back to peeing and pooping inside the house. Even outside she stopped going in the yard and pees and poops on the patio. Nothing has worked, no behavioral help has stuck with her. Nothing we do helps! It's causing me A LOT of stress trying to get ready for baby (due end of December) but always finding another surprise or accident in the house. Every day!!! I'm not sure what to do but I have days off next week where I'm going to try some intensive training, walking her several times a day repetitively to see if she will get it. SPCA has said to bring her back if things don't work out but we love our animals and I've always looked down at people that give up their animals....Now here I am thinking about it and stressing out so much! I feel that when baby comes, she will be even more distressed and it will be even worse! I'm so torn.. any advice or opinions??
