Pumping to induce labour??? 🤔

Has anyone tried this? If so how did you do it (duration) and did it work? 39+5 today and haven't even had contractions or period like cramps. Nothing! Last appointment at 39 weeks I was 1cm and soft. OB did a sweep but it didn't work. I think I may have lost my mucus plug Sunday/Monday but I'm not 100% sure (FTM)

I had zero bh or contractions with my first. When I went in to get induced at 40+1 and hooked up to monitors the nurse kept asking if I felt that bc I was in fact having contractions but just didn't even feel them.

I've read that you do it 3 times a day, an hour each time.
