I might be pregnant by my ex

I recently took a trip to see my ex to just talk and reconnect. he lives three hours away and is always busy. I stayed for about three days and we had sex a lot. I am on birth control but he came inside of me while i was ovulating. We've been arguing lately and he told me to give him some space because he has a very important game on friday. should i text him to tell him or leave him alone?
