how soon is too soon..

I used a wasit trainer when i had my last daughter at about 6-8 weeks after having my csection, but im wondering when should i be able to this time? Any sooner?? I would love to loose all the swelling and have some support when i walk and all.. i saw some adjustable ones online. Anyone using 1? After csection? How soon?
