baby fever!!!!
I have the absolute worst baby fever and I keep annoying my husband with talk about having a baby, we'll last night he wanted to talk about it and he told me he's ready but he's not. Reason for why he's not is because his dad beat him his whole life and his mom and he's scared that he's going to one day lose his temper and beat on our children. But what I tried to make him see is he's never once raised a hand to me, he's never once beat our dogs. This man is so sweet all the way down to his toes! I don't know any how to prove to him any other way that he isn't and hasn't shown any signs of being his father.
One of my friends from high school is living with us with her son and the way he interacts with him makes my ovaries flip. He makes him eat when he just wants to play with his food, they sit on the recliner together and watch movies. He wants to get him into baseball when he gets older (he's two) every time he has to go to work he kisses him on the head and tells him he will see him later. It's an absolutely amazing sight to see. He's a fantastic husband and uncle, I just don't know how to make him see that.
