White pocket on csection inssion

Alright, at 6 weeks after my c section, my scar was draining this white gunk, it done this and then my Dr appointment was just a few days away so I just waited til my appointment and told them about it. Anyway, they said it looked fine and cleared me. Now 2 weeks later and it's still leaking this white gunk out of these couple spots on it where little white pockets form in top, I have a fever of 103, but I'm not sick, so I called them today and told them it's still doing that and about my fever and so they had me come in, they looked at it, nothing was leaking out at that time so they said it was fine. Should I go to another Dr because it still bleeds a little sometimes too. I just feel like white stuff coming out of a scar 8 weeks old is a little odd. Am I just paranoid?
