Can his sperm affect my period?

Hubs and I have been TTC for about 2 month. Before, I was not on birth control but we used condoms religiously. My periods have always been on time. Never late and always starting at the same time within a certain couple hours. So now that we quit using condoms, last month it started at a weird time. A lot later in the day than usual. No big deal. But this month I am 2 days late- still hasn't came- and I have taken multiple tests and all negative. So my question is, could the hormones in his sperm be messing with mine? Also- I didn't take birth control because my hormones were way too sensitive and couldn't be stabilized on BC.
