It's all becoming so real!

My final prenatal appointment is tomorrow! I'll be 39 weeks on Friday and on Monday will be my first wedding anniversary! Then Tuesday we have a csection scheduled (due to breech baby). It seems like yesterday my husband and I went to find out the gender (at 14 weeks)! I can't believe how fast this flew by, I can't imagine how fast this coming year is gonna go! I'm so grateful and so excited to see what the future has in store for my little family in the upcoming years! I'm trying to cherish these last couple days of just my husband and I. We're about to start a whole new chapter in our lives!
