Mucus plug?

I think I lost my mucus plug. I went pee and I felt something fall out and I saw a white looking chunk in the toilet. When I wiped it was very mucousy. Am I losing my mucus plug?? 38+4

That's how mine was. It was NOT discharge either. No blood and was confirmed my mucus plug.
