A senior?

So my parents like this senior at my school and they think we sould date, i like him but im a freshman, they are totally fine with it but i feel that ill look stupid. Any ideas?

Do you know if he likes you? I'm a junior and I personally would never date a freshman just because of the difference in maturity levels (although girls are usually a lot more mature than boys at that age) the only concern I would have with it is that because he is older than you, he may only want sex. But whatever you want, I hope everything goes well!

I dated a senior as a freshman and it turned out awful. All the teachers looked down on me and it really kind of ruined my reputation despite being an honor student. It was so much unnecessary drama. But my parents were also against it. It's up to you, but I wouldn't go down that road again. He will be going to college soon and that definitely can put a strain on the relationship depending on how far he will go.
