Could these factors affect my period?

I'm only 2 days late and on day 37 of my cycle, but I feel no pms symptoms. Last week I was extremely tired which made me think it was pms. I'm back to normal and I was supposed to get my period 2 days ago... I have no pms symptoms expect my boobs feel a TINY bit swollen like they do before I get my period. The thing is, this past month my eating habits and workout regimen were everywhere. I had been eating HORRIBLY, like a lot, and tons of sugar (Halloween), but for about a week I went to the gym and worked out very rigorously. I haven't been to the gym in about a week and a half. But I just finished the 3 day military diet which is a huge cut in food. I'm just wondering if this could possibly be why it's late and I have no pms symptoms like I ALWAYSSSS do. I had sex on the day I was supposedly ovulating but we used a condom and it didn't tear or anything. Can anyone give me some input to help ease my mind or make it more clear? Thanks.
