tmi picture, bump near vagina

Okay well, my knickers were rubbing against the bit of skin inbetween your vagina and inner thigh and I moved it and felt a bump so I got really really worried, it's quite sore because my knickers are rubbing but I have no clue what it could be? The only thing I can think of is ingrown hair? If you have any idea please tell me as I'm really scared Tia
