Hate being put in this situation😩
So My husband and I have been together for 5 years (married for 3) and we have two kids together (1 and 2 months). I moved states for college, met my husband and settled in a different part of the country than my parents and siblings. They have met my husband many times and love him. I now live close (one city over) to my paternal uncle and his family. His kids are my age and we became close when I moved for college. My oldest cousin in particular. We spent a lot of our time together but since I met my husband she decided she didn't like him because we spent less time together. So 5 years and a marriage later (she's still single) she hasn't gotten over it and she STRONGLY dislikes him. Let me just say he has done nothing to merit this, he has always been respectful and treated me like a queen, she doesn't like him because she's jealous in my opinion. ANYWAY, thanksgiving is coming up and we were planning to spend the first half of the day with my husbands family and the second half with my uncles family. Well my cousin has just informed me that only me and the kids are invited and my husband isn't welcome, the same goes for Christmas. I'm planning to tell her that we're a family and if one of us isn't welcome we all don't go, is that wrong of me? I know they're my family too but my husband comes first in my opinion. I hate being put in such an awful situation. What would you ladies do?
