Do you think stress causes miscarriages?

Hopefully this isn't a trigger for anyone but I'm really curious and have read different things

I got pregnant right after delivering my stillborn daughter, and I was still very heavily grieving, stressed, and felt police I was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. He was perfect, and I read that most common stresses have very effect on the baby.

I've had 2 MC, and during both pregnancies I was completely overwhelmed at work and always stressed out. I personally, would rather blame the stress. Which I can try to manage my stress levels, rather than consider my blood type being the issue or something else I can't change.

I think it would have to be acute stress, but I am certainly not a doctor.
