I don't trust to leave my baby with my husband
So it's really sad, he loves her but he just doesn't have common sense, personal hygiene or the energy to keep up with her. She is 3 months and I'm going to have to return to work on the weekends and he will be looking after her.
He cuts up raw chicken right next to her clean pacifiers, bottles and my clean pump parts. - I then have to remind him to wash his hands after!
We live in an apartment and have to take our dog outside to use the restroom - again I have to remind him to wash his hands after picking up dog poop, if I don't remind him he will handle our daughter without washing his hands!
He lets her cry it out! He told me yesterday that we should of 'cry trained' her since she was younger .. I was like, what!? He says 'you know, when you put them down even if they're crying' - I was mortified! Many times iv asked him to watch her while I shower, or grab something to eat or nap, and he will put her in her swing or under her gym-I will hear her crying and 9 times out of 10 I will have to go and pick her up! For example, last weekend was a family wedding, I fed her and asked him to watch her so I could crack on and get ready without any disruptions, I can hear her crying whilst I shower, i get out and I can still hear her cry - she's in her swing, my husband is rocking her with his foot but playing his video games, i go and pick her up abdnooor girl had a poop explosion and had been sitting in her own shit!
I really have to go back to work and also be able to do things like shower or nap when my husband is around knowing she will be treated ok and I'm so tired of constantly having to remind him to wash his hands or not cut raw chicken so close to her items, iv sat down and talked to him about it and he said ok he will work on it but he hasn't worked on it and I don't know what to do!
