I use Enfamil Vitamin D drops for my baby. The syringe comes with it, and syringe has measurements on the side of it so you can measure how much you give to them. It costs about $9. You can find them at Target and Walmart. I would not use the one you have... It looks like you could give too much or too little to your baby.

I use a nipple shield, but I would assume this would work with a bottle fed baby too.... put her on her back, put the nipple shield in her mouth, then the bottle has the slightest notch in the plastic insert, that needs to be up, then I slowly tilt the bottle till drops start. Coming out and the shield helps so I can see she got it all

I put it on a pacifier. You want to make sure they don't get too much or it will upset their tummy.
