TMI!!!!! picture help please

I had sexual intercourse June 30, missed my period in July, got my period in August then missed my period in September and October but I had some light spotting and then started my period Nov 1st but I thought it ended last night but I woke up and was bleeding a somewhat medium flow then I put tiolet paper because I usually use tampons and when I took the paper out this was there. What can this be?
