Would you use breastmilk that has been in the fridge for a week?

I was told breastmilk is only good in the fridge for 5 days, if placed all the way to the back. To tell if it's bad, you do a smell test. If it smells horrible, it's bad. The clumps are just from the fatty part of your milk, which is good for the baby.

Smell it.  If it smells ok, then use it.  If not, throw it out

3 days is safe, 5 days max for fridge. But mine goes off after 2 days... maybe I have a bad fridge.

I think they say 4-8 days in the fridge of you go by the book. I think I'd judge it by its appearance. Mine gets pretty clumpy like on the sides of the bottle after about 3-4 days, so I don't ever use it after that.
