Steamy bathroom play, baths, humidifier, natural version of Vicks on the chest and feet l, and lots of cuddles.

She had a lot of congestion a month ago and wasn't sleeping at night (had been sleeping 8-10 hours) unless she was asleep on our elevated chests. She had a slight fever for two days. Ended up being an ear infection and sinus crud. She got antibiotics and congestion medicine. She was better after 3-4 days but was on meds 10 days. Now today she has an almost constant running nose. She's waking up every hour or so from congestion. I put zarbee's baby run on her chest and have a humidifier going. No fever as of now.

Eucalyptus essential oil in a diffuser, before bed I used the saline rinse to loosen the mucus and the snotsucker to get the mucus out. Elevated his mattres just a bit as well.

Humifier was best thing. Also sucked what I could out with bulb. At his worst I have him a little Benadryl at night to help him sleep.

My son had the sniffles for a week. I used saline drops on him. It's not recommended to give any cold medicine to children under 6 years old.

His first cold he was still very little only a few weeks old, i had to take him in twice a day to the hospital for proper suctioning. This last time he had a cold we used sleepy time tea and baby vicks

Vicks baby rub on chest and feet, nose frieda snot sucker, saline mist spray, suction that airway (every hour)!, switched from humidifier to vaporizer and used Vicks menthol pads in it at night, Tylenol as needed for fever, inhaling steam from hot showers I took, keeping head and chest elevated, lots of temperature monitoring, warm bottles.
