i need help badly!

Hi, so I never post on here and I've been really freaking out because recently I've had a lot of irritation and ichiness around my vagina and when I went to examine myself I was disgusted because I have little things growing on the inner parts of my vaginal lips... I've tried doing research but i can't find anything similar, am I freaking out over nothing?? Is this a huge deal?? I feel like I should go to someone and talk to them but I'm way to embarrassed and this was the first thing that came to mind... can someone please help me!! I don't know what to do!
