Shall I take a test??

So I had some light spotting 7 days ago which only lasted the evening and i asked for everyone's opinion on Glow and almost everyone advised that it was implantation bleeding. My period isn't due for another 4 days and all I can say that I'm experiencing is quite a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen and randomly getting tingly breasts. Shall I take a test or shall I wait?? X
