pregnant?

I'm extremely anxious this past few days.... I've been sick, cough and cold, dizziness,and  spotting... period is late aswell...idk if it's just because I'm extremely sick like virus kind of sick, and because of all the antibiotics that I've taken that's why all this is happening... im scared I'm pregnant.. idk what to do... did anyone ever experienced this and ended up not pregnant.. pls help...
