Waking up with gas pain?

Woke up this morning with the most crippling abdominal pain! Of course, I was thinking the worst. I made myself "go", and just like that it was gone! No blood so I am assuming it was just gas pain? And bloating!! You would swear I was 6 months pregnant! Anyone else experience this?

I had this yeaterday at 5 weeks 3 days pregnant; took my breath away but as soon as I went to the bathroom mine subsided as well.

I just had that this morning to. It freaked me out really bad what it was happening but it was just gas lol and I did go to the bathroom so now I feel better.

It's been happening to me for the past few days! I know its gas but damn it hurts! After a run to the bathroom I feel better.
