Hello everyone. We have been trying for four months now. I was previously using an IUD for ~2 years and prior to that had been on the pill, off an on for about 8 or 9 years. I also have endometriosis, stage one. The doctor seems to think we have a really good chance of conceiving and hanging on to a baby since my last endo ablation surgery a year ago.  This process is so challenging and my body has been doing all sorts of crazy stuff that makes me perk up and think that maybe, this is it. My cycles are between 26 and 30 days long.
