Help me speed this up...!!

Erin • Im a second grade teacher expecting my first bundle of joy! We couldn't feel more blessed and happy!
Is there anything you December mamas are doing to speed up labor. I am currently 36 weeks 6 days with baby weighing 7 lbs and 6 oz! I am SO ready to meet my little man. Any suggestions? Oh also last check up we were told we were 1 cm dilated :)
