anyone ever use an epilator?

Did it work? Was it as smooth as shaving? How long did it take to grow back? Where did you use it? What kind did you use? Thank you!

I've been using an epilator on my legs since I can remember, I sometimes use it on my vagina too. It's pretty much just like waxing but I feel like it hurts a bit more since there are not that many hairs pulled out at a time and it takes longer. My hair grows back quite fast, so in like a week I would see little hairs but not all of them. I'm using a Braun one

I have one I use on my legs, works pretty good but honestly HURTS AS HELL the first time!! BUTTT I have some awesome tips, either cool your skin down with some ice patch but that didn't work for me so I recommend taking a waaarm nice bath which will like relax your skin so it won't hurt as much! 
And do it every week or every other week, when it's long enough. It'll hurt less every time you do it, my mome has been using one for month and she doesn't need to use ice or take a bath it doesn't hurt for her at all!  I have sensitive skin and i get spots after using it but they go away after like one hour
