Crazy unlikely but help

So my bf and I have not had penetrative sex, but we do give each other head. At the end of September we were doing stuff and I swallowed his cum, he kissed me after and proceeded to eat me out afterwards and finger me too, I got super scared bc you never know so the next morning he brought me the morning after pill, I had the post plan b "period" and then the wait began... I felt myself ovulating around 2 weeks later and then 2 or 3 weeks after that I had another period with spotting the day before and the first day was extremely painful, so much so that I was in tears, the next 5 or 6 days of my period were normal. As of now I am supposed to be ovulating an now I am waiting for my next period which is supposed to come in about 2 weeks. Is it even likely I am pregnant, could I have miscarried with the extremely painful period?
