How soon after conception did you get sore breasts? 👶🏼

My boyfriend and I are currently TTC. I ovulated on Thursday (3 days ago) and woke up with pretty sore breasts. The only time that I have ever experienced sore breasts is when I am about to get my period, usually starting 6 days before (af due on the 24th of this month). This is the first month I have gotten sore breasts before then. I know that boob pain is a common symptom of pregnancy. Have any of you ladies experienced it this soon after conception?

Tenderness in my breasts was what I noticed first. I had one of my nipples pierced and out of nowhere my piercing started hurting really bad, so I chalked it up to irritation from that even though I'd had the piercing for over a year with no issues. 
2 weeks later I took a test and boom, i was about 5 weeks then. Boobs have been steadily growing ever since even though my stomach is barely showing lol 35 weeks today and they still hurt. 😣

I didn't have sore boobs until AFTER my baby was born and they became engorged with milk lol!
