So I ovulated I think on the 5th of November. I am on cd 72 now. I go to the doc again tomorrow to have an ultrasound done on my only ovary to see if I have pcos  and to see if I need clomid and metformin. My boobs hurt really bad and my nipples and HUGE! And my cervix is high, closed, and soft/medium. Should I test just to have peace of mind b4 I go to my appointment tomorrow? I'm nervous because last time I had an ultrasound done I found out I had an ectopic pregnancy.
