Cramps and backache 3weeks after d&c

I have mild cramps more on the left aid but pressure throughout the pelvic region. Also a dull backache that comes and goes. I did have sex a week ago at the two week mark. Not sure if this could mean anything. Or if this could be ovulation pains or implantation?? But I feel heavy. I was fine up until today.
